The IDEA Partnership (http://www.ideapartnership.org) reflects the collaborative work of more than 55 national organizations, technical assistance providers, organizations and agencies at the state and local level.  VECAP is a collaborative partner and a member of the National Community of Practice on Transition (http://www.sharedwork.org) which is coordinated by the IDEA Partnership. The Advocacy Chair attends monthly conference calls (the second Wednesday of every month—if you are interested in joining any of the calls, please contact the Chair), participates in various state and national Community of Practice meetings and conferences.
